1. General Provisions
BUSLIO’s Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement).
BUSLIO adheres to the basic principles for protecting confidential information with respect to any subsequent transfer of data, both internal and cross-border, including in relation to any subsequent transfer of obligations.
BUSLIO respects your right to privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data obtained as a result of using the site buslio.com (hereinafter – the Site), and takes all measures necessary to preserve their confidentiality and security, including by using generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection against possible loss, improper use, alteration, or destruction.
Given the specifics and threats in the information space, BUSLIO still cannot guarantee absolute protection of your data, but will do everything possible to ensure that your personal data is protected to the maximum extent.
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, other legislative acts of Ukraine, and the terms set out below.
2. Voluntariness of the Transfer of Personal Data
The transfer of personal data to BUSLIO is voluntary. If you do not agree with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Terms), you must not use the Site and must leave it immediately.
If you continue to use this Site or fill in the registration form data, order services and make their payment, you confirm that:
- you unconditionally, fully, and without any changes accept these Terms;
- you are aware that on this Site collection of your personal data and its processing may occur using BUSLIO’s technical capabilities;
- you give your consent to the collection and processing of all personal data you provide for the purpose specified in this Policy and the Agreement;
- you give your consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data to third parties, including Service Providers, for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the Agreement and providing services;
- you give your consent to the collection and storage of your personal data without limitation of the term of validity until you submit a request to stop the processing of your personal data and/or to destroy them, or until the termination of relationships initiated by BUSLIO, or other grounds in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
BUSLIO has the right to process your personal data for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of civil-law relations, compliance with requirements applicable in the field of regulation of tax relations, accounting relations, and advertising relations, as well as for marketing purposes related to the provision of services through the Site.
In particular, BUSLIO may send you informational bulletins containing information about current and planned services and advertising offers.
3. Data of Third Parties
If you create a services order and pay for it on behalf of or in the interests of third parties, the information you provide about them is also collected and processed by BUSLIO on the same terms on which your personal data is processed.
By providing such information about third parties, you confirm that the third party is familiar with these Terms, understands their consequences, and gives its unconditional and full consent to the collection and processing of its personal data in accordance with these Terms.
4. Minor Users
If you are a minor, do not use this Site and leave it immediately.
This Site is not used and is not intended for collecting information about minor Users, as well as for distributing information about services to children without the consent of their parents or legal representatives.
5. Use of Cookies
The BUSLIO Site uses cookies.

BUSLIO uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- ensuring the provision of services and fulfilling contractual terms with Service Providers regarding the services you have ordered;
- communicating with you regarding the ordered services and sending confirmations of your orders/bookings;
- managing your order/booking;
- providing information about existing or future services and offers;
- improving the operation of the Site and providing support to Users;
- providing answers to your requests;
- studying services that may be of interest to you;
- resolving claims;
- notifying you of possible prohibited or unlawful actions;
- resolving any issues that may arise on the basis of or in the performance of the terms of the Agreement;
- other purposes about which BUSLIO will inform you.
7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
By using the Site and creating an order/booking, you agree that your data may be transferred to third parties only for the purpose of properly providing the selected services, which could not be provided without such transfer of your personal data.
By creating an order/booking on the Site, you consent to the transfer of personal data to third parties.
BUSLIO may transfer your data to third parties, in particular to Providers that provide the services you have ordered.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
BUSLIO, at its discretion, may from time to time make changes to these Terms.
BUSLIO recommends regularly checking the Privacy Policy, because your use of the Site after the changes have been made means that, as a User, you have agreed to such changes to the Privacy Policy.
