1. General Provisions

BUSLIO has the right to process your personal data for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of civil law relations, compliance with the requirements in the field of tax relations, accounting relations, and advertising relations, as well as for marketing purposes related to the provision of services through the Site.
In particular, BUSLIO may send you newsletters containing information about current and planned services and promotional offers.
3. Data of Third Parties
If you create an order for services and make payments on behalf of or in the interests of third parties, the information you provide about them is also collected and processed by BUSLIO under the same conditions as your personal data.
By providing such information about third parties, you confirm that the third party is aware of these Terms, understands their consequences, and gives their unconditional and full consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with these Terms.

By creating an order/booking on the Site, you consent to the transfer of personal data to third parties.
BUSLIO may transfer your data to third parties, including Providers who provide the services you ordered.

BUSLIO may, at its discretion, make changes to these Terms from time to time.
